We’re really proud to announce that a number of our colleagues have been shortlisted as finalists in the upcoming South West Contact Centre Awards. The awards serve as a fantastic platform to highlight and celebrate the best in customer service being provided by the 52,000 people working within contact centres throughout the south west of England.
The annual awards are organised by the South West Contact Centre Forum (SWCCF), a well-established and respected industry-led initiative which supports the call centre industry throughout the region.
Of the 20 awards available on the night, we are delighted to have finalists in four of the categories:
- Emily Pomroy-Smith, one of our talented account managers, is a finalist Sales Agent of the Year.
- Emma Parrish is a finalist for Newcomer of the Year for her role as an advisor in our Contact Centre.
- Francine Andrews and Tori Slade are both finalists in the prestigious Team Leader of the Year award.
- And finally, we are delighted that our Customer First team has been shortlisted as finalists for their Customer Engagement Strategy. The cross-functional team has worked hard to put a plan in place to ensure that our customers’ voices are heard across every area of our business.
It’s fantastic to see so many of our colleagues recognised for providing great customer service and we wish them all the very best of luck.
The winners will be announced at a glittering awards ceremony being held on Thursday 29th June in Bristol.
