The senior management team have an open door policy and the Managing Director meets all new employees as part of their induction programme. There are weekly news updates from managers and success is celebrated through various reward schemes including Employee of the Year.
Training and development
We are accredited as an Investor in People and offer training opportunities and career progression for everyone. All staff have regular review meetings with their manager to assist with objectives and goals for personal development.
